About the Role:
We are currently on the hunt for a dedicated and professional individual to join our Internal Audit department at our state-of-the-art Manufacturing Plant. As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening our operational compliance, driving risk minimization strategies, and ensuring excellence in our audit procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of audit risk assessment plans.
- Ensuring stringent operational compliance.
- Review and optimize system processes/procedures.
- Lead and conduct in-depth fraud investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in ACCA/CMA or CA - Part qualified.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Internal Audit.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk minimization.
- Proficient in operational compliance, system processes, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
