The AGM Finance will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This will include managing the accounting and treasury functions, developing and executing financial strategies, and providing financial analyses and reporting. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: CA/ACCA or other professional degree holder.
- At least 5–6 years of experience, preferably in the apparel sector.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Provide financial analyses and reporting to management and support GM Finance in all related matters.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support the overall business goals of the company.
- Play a key role in the company's strategic planning process.
- Oversee accounting and banking functions including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparation of projected financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Conducting variance analyses on a monthly basis to devise and implement proactive decision-making.
- Managing the working capital of the company by identifying working capital requirements and suggesting financing.
- External dealings will include communicating and coordinating with consultants for FBR & SECP-related matters, as well as bankers.
