Responsibilities:
Reconciling all foreign debtors on a quarterly basis.
Realization of export sales in SAP.
Posting all telecommunication bills in SAP and comparing them with Oracle data to ensure completeness.
Reconciling foreign debtors in SAP with Oracle data.
Calculated receivables gain/loss at year-end and subsequently made adjustments.
Maintaining SGL receivables up to date.
Updating and posting foreign agent commission details in Oracle and SAP.
Reconciling vendor data in SAP with Oracle data to ensure accuracy.
Conducting monthly stock-taking and reporting the findings to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/ACMA/M.COM OR EQUIVALENT).
Technical proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and SAP.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
